Just finished watching 刺青(ci qing), or "Spider Lilies" in english. I gotta say its a rather sad movie as a whole. Sure the actresses are damn pretty..especially that tattoo artist...Isabella Leong, rainie yang aint half-bad too. Well basically its a lesbian-romance film, yeah u heard me right, lesbian, there are even a few lesbian scenes albeit the milder tone of those scenes but still, make the film very nice.

Its sad because of the way they react to each other's actions, memories and choices. Especially Takeko(isabella leong), the reclusive and shy butch, handling words and actions for Jade(Rainie yang), as well as the whole story as a whole, everybody has a sad past, except for that gangster who got hacked later in the movie.

But the happy part of the movie is when they accept each other and when they laugh, and stuff.
Well maybe i liked this film because i am a man, but overall i feel its certainly an interesting film..
